Directions for Use:
Diffuse: follow to product instructions
Spray bottle: 20-50 drops essential oil per 1-oz. of water

Bath: 10 drops essential oil mixed into 2-oz. of milk (any kind) in a hot bath
Shower: 10 drops essential oil on a washcloth or sponge, steam activated aroma
