The Reiki One Complete Course has everything needed to begin practicing the relaxation techniques of Reiki for oneself and others. All you need is the heart & soul to do it.

REiki Level one Class overview 

Usui Reiki Healing First Level Program: 
·       10-hours Reading and Study
·       2-hours Private Consultation
·       3-hours Usui Reiki Attunement

 Reiki One Study Topics: 
·       Dr. Usui, the traditional story of Reiki principles
·       Understanding the importance of your Reiki lineage
·       Hand positions and protocol for self-healing
·       Hand positions and protocol for treating others
·       Energy Body Basics: introduction to the Chakra system
·       Energy awareness meditations and breathing techniques 
Classes are held at the studio with field trips to parks other outdoor areas in Snohomish County. ​​
​We are fairy healers and prefer to do our Usui Reiki Attunement Ceremonies under an open sky.
​Upon completion of this course each student will have received the essential attunements and knowledge of First Degree Reiki & the principals of the Usui System of Natural Healing to begin practicing Reiki. 

​This is a complete beginning Reiki course, enabling students to begin using and developing their gifts as a healer, both for themselves and others. Illustrated Reiki guide book included.  ​
