What to do: To encourage hair growth: Pour several drops of Circle Green’s Rosemary Essential Oil into your tightly closed fingertips. Pat the fingertips of both hands together.  I made a heart connection with the little birds who frequent my garden this winter and told them that if they ever wanted to cozy up in the eaves of my house for the night they were certainly welcome. The Heart Connection is a simple meditation that merges your heart with the heart of nature. We do a heart connection before every ELF Walk to open our eyes to the Faery Realms. I touch-in through my heart instead of my head whenever I want to "talk" with something or someone in a non-verbal way. Within a week of announcing the invitation to my little friends with a Heart Connection I saw something that I have never seen in my life, until now. The "winter rose" is an inspiring perennial flower that begins blooming at winter solstice and keeps blooming right on through the sun-starved days of January and February, on until spring. In Snohomish we're covered in a blanket of snow and staying close to the fire.
